One operating system for enterprise work, with AI that stays accountable.
Embralith brings orders, inventory, schedules, and documents into one SaaS platform, and adds an AI platform that drafts, checks, and explains its work, with a named person approving anything that matters. Built for manufacturing, logistics, and health care operations, it keeps the record, the reason, and the decision together.

38%
shorter approval cycles: routine purchase orders and schedule changes move through one named approval instead of a queue.
6 hours
saved per week on reporting: reports draw from the same record teams already use, instead of reconciling spreadsheets at week end.
9 in 10
exceptions flagged before release: checks surface mismatches while work is prepared, so most exceptions are fixed before a shipment, schedule, or referral is released.

Orders, inventory, schedules, approvals, and documents live in one record, with roles and permissions that match how the business actually runs. A manufacturer can release a revised plant schedule, a logistics team can reassign a shipment, and a health care coordinator can track a referral, each in the same system, without reconciling spreadsheets at the end of the week.
The AI platform drafts purchase orders, schedule changes, and document summaries, then shows its sources, its limits, and the check it ran before anything is sent. A named approver makes the decision, and that decision stays attached to the record, so teams get the speed of assistance without handing the work to a black box. Roles and permissions match how the business actually runs, and every draft, check, and suggestion is routed to the person whose role covers it.
What changes when the record is shared.

OPERATIONS
Drafts that show their sources.
Draft PO-2421 covers 400 steel brackets at $4.25. The inventory check shows 320 of 400 units available, and the delivery window of 19 May conflicts with the requested 16 May, the draft waits with approver Maria Chen.
AI DRAFTING
The AI drafts a purchase order, a schedule change, or a document summary from the record itself, and shows the source documents, the limits it worked within, and the check it ran. A planner or coordinator reads the draft with its evidence attached, instead of taking a generated answer on trust.
Before a plan, order, or shipment is released, Embralith checks the details that usually cause exceptions, a weight against the label, a delivery window against the shipment date, a diagnosis code against the referral. Only the mismatches reach a person, and the fix is shown in the same screen, so routine work is not held up by a queue of problems that were never problems.
The AI never approves on its own. Every draft, check, and suggestion is routed to the person whose role covers it, and that person's decision, with the evidence and the reason, becomes part of the record. If the approver changes the draft, the change is kept too, so the next person who opens the record sees what was suggested, what was decided, and who decided it.
Approvals that name a person, not a queue.
The approver sees what changed, why, and what it costs, in the same screen where the decision is made, and that decision stays attached to the record.
GOVERNANCE AND CONTROL
When a purchase order changes, everyone who touches it sees the same change, with the reason attached. Purchasing, receiving, and finance stop comparing copies, and the audit trail is the work itself, not a report assembled afterward.
No chasing an email thread, no guessing who is responsible. Routine approvals move in one step; the exceptions keep a clear record of who decided and why.
Referral RF-1024 shows the record, the reason, and the decision together: referral received 12 May, authorization approved, appointment booked 19 May at 10:30, with the referral letter, authorization form, and insurance card attached, and the care coordination team named as owner. Its status reads: Ready for appointment.
The same work, without the manual version.
Manual operations run on copies, email threads, and end-of-week reconciliation. With Embralith, the record, the reason, and the decision stay together.
BEFORE AND AFTER
With Embralith: orders, inventory, schedules, approvals, and documents live in one record, with roles and permissions that match how the business actually runs.
With Embralith: routine approvals move in one step, and the exceptions keep a clear record of who decided and why.
With Embralith: Embralith checks the details as work is prepared, a missing customs field, a weight that does not match the label, a delivery window that has closed, and surfaces only the shipments that need a person. The team starts with the work that would otherwise miss its promise, and the rest moves through without extra handling.
Built for manufacturing, logistics, and health care.
A demand forecast becomes a plant schedule checked against materials, machine capacity, and crews.

Only the shipments that need a person are flagged, with the fix shown in the same screen.

The referral, the authorization, and the appointment live in one record.

In their words.
“We stopped arguing about which spreadsheet was right. The order, the approval, and the reason for the change are in the same place, so the morning meeting is about the work, not the paperwork.”
